This policy explains how MB Skydis collects, uses, and shares information when you use mbskydis.com, our contact form, payment links, and related services.
1. Data controller

2. Information we collect
- Contact form: name, email, subject, and message. Messages are sent to our processing endpoint on aiagentstore.ai, a product operated by MB Skydis.
- Payments: amount, currency, language, and Stripe checkout data when you use /pay. Card details are handled by Stripe, not stored on this website.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, and device information processed by our hosting (Amazon CloudFront/S3) and, if you consent, by analytics tools.
- Marketing parameters (fbclid, UTM tags) are stored in your browser only after you accept analytics cookies.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
Essential storage keeps the site working. Analytics and advertising technologies load only after you choose “Accept analytics”:
- Google Tag Manager (and any tags configured in that container)
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel
- Smartlook session recording
You can change this at any time with the “Cookie settings” control on the site. Rejecting analytics does not block the contact form or payments.
4. How we use information
- To reply to enquiries and guest-post proposals.
- To process payments and deliver the service you ordered.
- To keep the website secure and measure performance.
- With consent, to understand traffic sources and improve the site.
5. Legal bases
- Contract and pre-contract steps: contact messages, quotes, and payments.
- Consent: analytics, advertising pixels, and session recording.
- Legitimate interests: security, abuse prevention, and hosting logs, balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligation: accounting and tax records for payments.
6. Who we share information with
- Amazon Web Services (website hosting and the payment helper).
- Stripe (payments).
- Google, Meta, and Smartlook — only if you accept analytics.

- Public authorities when the law requires it.
7. International transfers
Some processors are in the United States or other countries outside the EEA. Where that happens we rely on the processor’s appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) and a transfer assessment.
8. Retention
Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period. Payment records are kept for the statutory accounting period in Lithuania. Analytics data follows each vendor’s retention settings. Browser storage for marketing parameters is removed when you clear site data or switch to “Essential only”.
9. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAT) in Lithuania or your local supervisory authority.
10. Children
This company website is not directed at children under 16. Some of our products (for example FutureSchool.Now and Young Game Builder) have their own notices.
